Meet the team

In April 2024, our new management brought together an elite team of highly qualified chefs. With decades of training in Japanese cuisine, each chef brings something unique on top of their shared passion for culinary perfection.

Leading the team is Head Chef Kevin. Kevin is a visionary with an innovative eye few chefs ever have. With over 26 years of experience, customers love the way he makes every bite a harmony of flavours and textures. An outstanding showman, Kevin constantly dazzles his audience and ensures the dining experience is one they will never forget.

Alongside Chef Kevin are Chef Nick and Chef Jordan. With 20 years of experience, Nick is a seasoned master of Japanese cuisine. With a meticulous attention to detail, Nick ensures every dish is curated with the highest quality ingredients to reflect the true essence of omakase. Jordan is a creative force in the culinary world with 13 years under his belt. He reimagines Japanese classics with bold flavours, blending time-honoured traditions with a contemporary flair.

Together, this talented team is the reason customers leave with a smile every day, after a journey through the exquisite world of Japanese cuisine.
