Meet the team

In April 2024, our new management brought together an elite team of highly qualified chefs. With decades of training in Japanese cuisine, each chef brings something unique on top of their shared passion for culinary perfection.

Leading the team is Executive Chef Jordan. Chef Jordan stands at the heart of AN Omakase, leading the kitchen with mastery, imagination and unwavering dedication. With more than 15 years immersed in Japanese cuisine, he has honed a rare ability to honour tradition while pushing creative boundaries with confidence and precision. His dishes are known for their bold yet balanced flavours, each plate revealing a thoughtful reinterpretation of classic Japanese techniques. Under his guidance, every service becomes a performance. His leadership continues to elevate AN Omakase, setting the tone for excellence, innovation, and unforgettable dining.

Alongside Chef Jordan is a highly skilled team of experts. Chef Alex's steady hands and deep culinary knowledge anchor the ground with consistency and excellence. Chef Zane is a versatile and dependable chef who brings precision and quiet strength to every dish he touches. Chef Woon is a true kitchen extraordinaire, known for his flawless execution, sharp instincts and behind-the-scenes mastery. Chef Ken is a young, driven talent whose passion and rapid growth make him one of the rising stars of AN Omakase. Rounding up the kitchen team is the multi talented Sol, whose versatile range of skills make her an asset in the kitchen and in front of guests.

Guests often remark that the service at AN Omakase sets us a cut beyond the rest. Anchoring the Front of House are Floor Managers Aaron and Jerry. Aaron is a service professional whose calm presence and thoughtful hospitality set the tone for a seamless dining experience. Jerry is a warm and attentive host who ensures every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
